URGENT-Maintenance/Special Assessment Payment Information

Maintenance and Special Assessment payments should be paid using the Truist methods of payments in the Property Mgmt/Payment Information section of the website. 
 
Due to miscommunication the memo you received was not seen or approved by the Board and Clickpay is not our form of payment. It is the portal used by Phoenix and we are in discussion on discontinuing some of the services. If you have already signed up, you will receive communication from the Board to register with Truist so there will not be a disruption in your payments.
